Turnberry Golf Ailsa 9th

RETURN

Below is a view from the back tee of the most famous hole at Turnberry, the 245 yard par three, 9th, Bruce's Castle. The lighthouse was built on the spot that once contained the castle where the most famous king of Scotland was born, Robert the Bruce. This hole was changed from a par four in 2016. If you are going to miss the green, miss it right as there is a bank on the right that may kick the ball towards the green.
