You can buy tickets for the FirstScotRail
trains at stations, travel agents, and online
with a credit card. If the ticket office at the
station is closed, you can buy a ticket on the
train from the inspector using cash or a credit
card. The inspector may not be able to offer
                    discounted or special-offer tickets. The
earlier you book, the less expensive your
                    travel may be.
